FREE-STANDING WORK STATION BRIDGE CRANES
For sheer excellence in productivity and ergonomics, these cranes cannot be beat. Capacities range from 150 to 4000 pounds (68 kg-1820 kg), with spans from 4 to 34 feet (1.2m-10 m). They operate on a steel or aluminum enclosed track and can be installed on any normal 6-inch (15 cm) reinforced concrete floor. Seismic IV installations are available.
ALUMINUM WORK STATION BRIDGE CRANES
These cranes are ideal for facilities with structural limitations and challenging environments. Their unique design using extruded aluminum alloy results in an unparalleled combination of spans, capacities, light weight and ease of movement. Capacities: 150 to 2000 pounds (70 kg-910 kg). Spans: to 20 feet (6 m).
WORK STATION JIB CRANES
Our Work Station Jib Cranes are ideal for supporting tool balancers, air balancers, vacuum lifters and hoists. They maneuver up to 200° rotation when column or wall-mounted and up to a full 360° when floor mounted.
CEILING-MOUNTED BRIDGE CRANES & MONORAILS
Here's the perfect ergonomic solution when a work area must be free from any support structures that may interfere with operations. Ceiling-mounted bridge cranes and monorails feature:
- A pre-engineered, modular design that makes them easy to install, expand and relocate.
- Rigid runway and special end-trucks that optimize movement and load positioning.
- Track with a high strength-to-weight ratio.
- Ease of movement that is three times that of traditional I-beam cranes.
ROBOTIC WORK STATION CRANES
Robotic Work Station Cranes are fully automated three-axis gantry-style robots with pre-engineered grippers attached. They feature all aluminum rail and cover long rectangular work areas with multiple pick and place locations. They are ideal for applications which are labor intensive, repetitive, strenuous, or hazardous. They can cut labor and production time and increase return on investment by allowing operations to run 24 hours per day.
UNDERHUNG CRANES (Cleveland Tramrail)
Virtually every cubic foot of space in open bay manufacturing area and storage facilities can be reached to lift, carry, hold, position, stack, turn or set loads of all sizes, shapes, and weights.Patented track underhung bridge cranes are normally used for loads to 20 tons, 18200 kg. The underhung crane can transfer loads directly to another underhung crane in another bay or to a monorail line without costly load re-handling.
Underhung cranes are supported from the specially designed TARCA or SUPER TARCA track and can include single girder, double girder, two runway, multiple runway, transfer type and low-headroom systems.
MONORAILS (Cleveland Tramrail)
Monorail systems consist of underhung single-rail tracks installed to support hand-propelled or electric motor-driven carriers. These carriers in turn lift and lower the desired load and transport it from one point to another along a fixed travel path.Track for monorail systems can be hung in virtually any straight or curved path route within the limits of building obstructions. Layouts can be changed or expanded with relative ease as a plant grows or operations change.
POWER BARS (Cleveland Tramrail)
Safpowrbar conductor bars offer many advantages in increased safety, longer life, and trouble free service. Many jurisdictions require enclosed electrification for overhead traveling equipment. Safpowrbar conductor systems provide safer electrification through double insulation and careful design standards. Safpowrbar electrification reduces maintenance and provides assurance against power interruptions.Among features:
- Increased collector life by 5 times or more
- Double-insulation against leaks and shocks
- Torsion spring on collector shoe assures continuous electrical contact
- Large electrical contact areas reduce current density
- Replaces all exposed wire and open conductor bar
- Makes electrification possible on hand propelled systems
