Here are details of Canada's finest range of Lifters and Tilters for handling a wide range of loads. They are used by all kinds of industries, including automotive, electrical, metalworking, etc. They enhance safety, ergonomics and productivity.
Standard models handle loads to 6,000 pounds (2 700 kg). Customized models for higher load weights are available. All models deliver maximum uptime with minimum service.

LIFT & TILT TABLE


A Lift & Tilt Table raises a container filled with parts or an empty one for parts replenishment. It also tilts the container forward for easy access to contents, bringing everything within easy reach of the operator.
Lift and tilt functions are continuously adjustable, for good ergonomics, enhanced safety and higher productivity. The table is of heavy steel construction with air spring actuators on both the lift and the tilt. Lift pins are permanently lubricated.

PNEUMATIC LIFT TABLE


Air spring-actuated lift tables provide a clean, low-maintenance approach to lifting loads to 6,000 pounds (2 700 kg).
Lifts operate direct from plant air of 80 to 100 psi. Installation is simple, virtually anyone can do it. Features include serviceable rollers and permanently lubricated bearings.


LIFT & ROTATE TABLE


With Lift & Rotate Tables you can raise and rotate loads for all-round access at just the right height. Manual rotation is made easy by a precision turntable bearing or friction-free air casters.
Spring-loaded detent and detent engagement plates are available for 90° and 180° points.

PNEUMATIC TILTER


Pneumatic tilters let you tilt a container toward the operator for ergonomic and productivity benefits.
Pneumatic tilters feature an air spring actuator, dual high-strength restraint chains and heavy ¾-inch (18 mm) steel deck construction.


Accessories for Lifters & Tilters

  • Wire-reinforced safety skirt to minimize pinch points
  • Safety pilot-operated check valve - locks the lift or tilt functions should a hose rupture.
  • Optional tilt deck dampener, to reduce bounce.
  • Foot valve controls standard; pedestal-mount controls optional.

Adjustable-Height Work Platforms



 The need for adjustable-height work platforms can occur wherever operator working height needs to change to match fluctuations in machine or tooling height. The need can also occur to compensate for operators of different heights.
Ergostand Adjustable-Height Work Platforms allow operators to adjust their working height to the most comfortable level. This improves work-station ergonomics by reducing fatigue and increasing productivity.
Platforms are available in both standard and custom sizes and feature:

Custom Turntables


We specialize in custom designing the Timesaver turntable to meet customers' specific load-positioning needs. Please contact the factory or your local distributor to discuss your turntable requirements.

Optional Equipment

Powered Rotation: While it is easy to manually rotate even a loaded Timesaver Turntable, they can be equipped with air-motor drive units for powered rotation. A single plant air connection supplies air for both the air casters and the drive unit.

Pneumatic Lift with 37-inch Vertical Travel

This 3,000 pound-capacity lift is equipped with a mechanical rotate, but can be equipped with a pneumatic lift or as a standalone lift unit.
The minimum top size is 42x60 inches with a maximum capacity of 3,000 pounds. We custom design these lifts to suit your material handling needs.

Pneumatic Low-Height Cart Lift

Our low-height lift has a 4.9-inch lowered height, a minimum top size of 30x44 inches, 2,000 pounds of lift capacity, and 24 inches vertical travel.
These pneumatic lifts can be equipped with a top deck and locators to accommodate parts racks or with guides (as shown) to locate wheeled carts. We can even provide you with the carts for a complete system.
We custom design these lifts to suit your specific needs.

Mechanical Tilter Workstation


Self-contained unit is heavy duty, versatile, easy to install/relocate, and provides the ergonomic features that minimize injuries related to lifting and bending.
The top container is manually tilted for ergonomic unloading. A bottom container can be moved into unload position and then easily moved back to allow access to top container.
